Responsible Athletes Progressing To Optimize Real Skills is what we stand for, A person who is accountable, trained in movement in a direction to make the most of their genuine and authentic talent is how we are defined. Developing young boys and girls skills in order to prepare them for high school athletics is our mission. This mission will be accomplished through the use of experience qualified coaching, player development and positive encouragement. Our philosophy is to instill a positive attitude, sportsmanship, basic fundamental, confidence and high standards. Our council is committed to teaching fundamentals and team work while promoting the love of the game.  

The Illinois Raptors are governed by The Mills Athletic Council aka The MAC which was founded in 2007 as a non-profit parent volunteer organization offering youth athletics to boys and girls.
